A1 Property Service
As a real estate investor, James Gonte has been inspecting properties since 1990. Not satisfied with the services and performance of other inspection companies, James established A1 Property Service in 1992.
The mission of A1 Property Service, it's employees and associates is to protect there clients.
James was certified through the Gold Coast School of Construction and is a member of the Florida association of building inspectors and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
Jeffery N. Lynn, owner of Lynco Electric, is a licensed Master Electrician and a State Certified Contractor. Established in 1985, Lynco Electric services clients in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
Jeff has been in the electrical field since 1972 and continues his education by attending accredited electrical seminars annually. He is a member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, the Alarm Association of Florida and the National Fire Protection Association.
Jeffery R. Zephir, Architect, established in March 2002, offers architectural and real estate related services to commercial clients and homeowners. He has provided services to brand name clients such as NAPA Genuine Parts Store, Goodwill Industries of South Florida, Hertz Rental Car and Sprint.
Prior to March 2002, Mr. Zephir established an International career in construction and real estate development over a 15 year span, involving the delivery of high profile, high quality construction projects in the USA, Russian Federation and the Republic of Poland, on time and on budget.
Jeff is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
